Daniel 6:27-28

²⁷I decree that throughout my royal domain everyone is to tremble and fear before the God of Daniel:

“For he is the living God,
    enduring forever.
His kingdom will never be destroyed,
    and his dominion shall be without end.
²⁸He delivers, rescues,
    and works signs and wonders
    in heaven and on earth.
For he has delivered Daniel
    from the power of the lions.”
